Due to the departure of one of our Engineers, a spot has become available for a new colleague within the Engineering Team. We are looking for an Engineer with a focus on compliance, quality and continuous improvement, who is comfortable in a dynamic international environment.

You will join our Engineering team of mechanical and electrical engineers. Your focus will be on validating new designs and products and releasing the production specifications that come from the requirements package. In addition, you will play a role in the development of our products and also in investigating and handling customer complaints.

- You test, assess, analyse and validate (new) materials/products in case of design, material or process changes according to specifications.
- You implement/organise endurance test set-ups within the quality department.
- You are involved in setting up and performing periodic evaluations of delivered products and supplied materials.
- You are responsible for the timely, effective handling of customer complaints and analyses and discuss these with internal and external parties, such as customers and suppliers.
- You interpret the analyses and checks carried out, and process the results in reports.
- You are involved in drafting, validating and releasing the general overarching specifications for the new and existing product groups.
- You work together with colleagues, suppliers and customers on the deployment of new materials and processes.
- You lead improvement processes regarding customer complaints or internal deviations.
- You develop technical products.

An enthusiastic colleague willing to learn.
A completed college education in a technical field.
Knowledge of production processes, materials, products and reading technical drawings.
Knowledge of Quality improvement methodologies (Green Belt).
Skill with MS-office/ERP
Command of the English language, German is an advantage.
