Electronica Engineer – 36 - 40 uur

That is why we are looking for an Electronics Engineer who looks beyond today’s technology and actively helps shape the products of tomorrow.

In this role, you will explore emerging technologies, translate technical developments into practical applications, and collaborate with international suppliers, technology partners, and SCHURTER colleagues to develop innovative products and systems.

From electronic circuits and sensor technology to embedded applications, test systems, and product optimizations, you will dive deep into the technology, evaluate possibilities, and ensure successful implementation of innovations. You combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach and work closely with Engineering, Projects, Production Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

You will be involved throughout the entire development process, from concept development and prototyping to validation, release, and technical support. In doing so, you will contribute directly to the development of reliable, future-proof, and customer-focused electronic solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop new electronic products and technologies that contribute to SCHURTER’s growth and innovation.

• Optimize existing products, systems, and manufacturing processes to improve performance, quality, and reliability.

• Analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable, long-term solutions.

• Monitor the latest developments in electronics, materials, and manufacturing technologies, translating them into concrete opportunities for our organization.

• Test and validate new products and support their introduction into production and the market.

• Provide technical support to customers and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

You are an enthusiastic Electronics Engineer with a passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex challenges. You combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on mindset and are constantly curious about new developments and emerging technologies.

In addition, you bring:

• A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in electronics, product development, or engineering.

• Knowledge of electronics, process engineering, and testing methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of software development or programming.

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. German is considered an advantage.

• A proactive attitude and the ambition to continuously learn, grow, and develop your expertise.
