Senior Technical Project Leader Electronic Systems – 40 hrs

As a Senior Technical Project Leader Electronic Systems, you take full technical ownership of challenging HMI and system‑integration projects — from concept to industrialisation. You ensure technical coherence, safeguard quality and timelines, and act as the driving force behind successful project execution.

• Overall coordination and technical leadership of complex customer‑specific projects in the field of HMI and electronic systems, from concept to series‑ready product.

• Ensuring reliable and timely project execution and a successful industrialisation.

• Identifying and mitigating technical risks in complex HMI system projects, including coordination with external development partners.

• Leading requirements management, including defining, aligning and managing system specifications and requirements change control.

• Acting as the technical point of contact for internal and external partners in electronics and software development.

• Driving alignment between the mechanics, software and systems engineering teams.

Education

• MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Software Engineering, supplemented with courses in systems engineering and project management.

Experience & skills

• Demonstrable seniority in Electronic System Engineering and technical project leadership.

• Strong in requirements engineering and systems thinking.

• Experience collaborating with external high‑tech development partners.

• Results‑driven, forward‑looking mindset.

• Analytical, structured and decisive.

• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.

• Willingness to travel for collaboration with sites in the Czech Republic and Germany.

In this role, you will directly contribute to:

• Successful execution of strategic HMI (Human Machine Interface) projects.
• Reducing internal and external technical risks.
• Building advanced requirements engineering capabilities within the organisation.
• Ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
