Experience technology at SCHURTER: Students on a discovery tour
In collaboration with local businesses and the municipalities of Hardenberg and Ommen, the Week of Technology takes place annually.
During this week, primary and secondary school students get the chance to discover the world of technology in their own region.
The goal of this initiative is to give technology a prominent place in education. By letting students experience technology in real-life settings, their interest is sparked in a natural and engaging way. It’s that hands-on experience that makes technology truly exciting.
At SCHURTER, students are welcomed with a short company presentation, followed by a guided tour through our facilities. Along the way, our colleagues explain their roles, daily work, and current projects in various departments.
The students responded with great enthusiasm – they were clearly impressed!
