My name is Anna Olsthoorn. I am from Poland. I work as a screen printer in the protoshop department at SCHURTER. I have been working here for two years now.

My first impression of SCHURTER when I came here was great. I immediately saw the approach. In my previous work experiences, I had to do everything at a fast pace, but here it is so different. At SCHURTER, things are very conversational, with no stress. If there is a mistake, people help me fix it. I also really like my team. Everyone is unique, but we try to help each other and adapt accordingly.

I develop more at SCHURTER. I learn a lot here and I use that not only at work, but also at home. For example, I had a situation where I knew how the computer worked because I had learnt that at work. Technology moves fast, which makes it important to stay up-to-date.
SCHURTER gives me confidence in my future. At SCHURTER, I have no doubts about a good retirement.

At SCHURTER, I feel that the company takes care of its employees. Many activities are organised. For example, we had workshops at the Easter breakfast, I also love the fresh fruit we are allowed to take away for free to eat every day. These are fun things to do. Being from abroad, I don't have many friends. It's nice that SCHURTER gives the chance to meet people and socialise during such activities.
