The mission we have at SCHURTER is to provide high-quality, innovative electronic products and solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers. We want to contribute to a better and safer world by developing products that support technological progress and promote sustainability.

After studying Business Studies, where I learned all about business administration and how to manage factories in a technical environment, I started as a process engineer at SCHURTER. Here, I worked on improving production flows and on new processes and investments. A few years later, my role grew further and further, from production manager to operations manager, then to director.

As managing director and in addition to my duties for the SCHURTER Group, I and the team ensure that the organisations run smoothly, we continue to innovate and attract customers. I find it important to make sure that everyone knows what they have to do, but above all that they can and want to do it. The corporate culture at SCHURTER is open and cooperative; we know what we are doing from each other and really help each other.

I am convinced that this focus on innovation and customer orientation will enable us to continue to grow as a company and remain at the forefront of the industry. I am proud of what we have achieved so far and look forward to what the future holds for SCHURTER Electronics.
