My position within the company is Assistant Controller and I also do some application management. What I like most about my job is the dynamics of it. I love figuring out and analyzing complex issues, especially when it comes to numbers and financial data. This work offers me a lot of versatility, making every day different. Routine jobs are not really my thing; instead, I get happy from tasks where I am challenged.  

I have been working here since 2008. During that time, I started in production and went through different roles. I have been a warehouse assistant, a department manager, an application manager and finally I grew to my current position as Assistant Controller. The great thing about this company is that you get the opportunity to develop and grow. With me, they saw that I can work well with systems and also offered me the chance to set up many things in this. There is a lot of freedom and space to implement your own ideas. 

I am also in the organization of the Staff Association, which organizes various activities for employees throughout the year. Our goal as a Staff Association is to organize something for everyone: sometimes something for the whole family, other times for members and partner. We try to organize 4 to 5 activities such as boating in Giethoorn, a Foute Party and with the family to the climbing park.
