As a management trainee, you will follow a work and training programme at our production site in Hardenberg, gaining experience in various disciplines within the department: from Work Preparation, Calculation and Purchasing to Project Management. You will also follow a training programme focused on knowledge building, skills development and personal growth.
The exact programme is not fixed: you will have the opportunity to take on different tasks, take on more and more responsibilities and shape your learning path together with your supervisor.
Working in the disciplines of Work Planning, Calculation, Purchasing and Project Management, starting in the Purchasing department.
Supporting project managers and contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Drawing up work plans, quotations and calculations.
Contributing to purchasing processes and maintaining supplier contacts.
Analysing processes and making suggestions for improvement.
Participating in internal and external consultations.
Building knowledge in project management and business processes.
Periodically presenting progress and learning experiences.
HBO-level education, ideally in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
5+ years of sales experience in electronics or a related field
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Fluent in Dutch and English
A driver’s license and willingness to travel (including abroad)
Sharp commercial instincts and a proactive mindset

For this job, we offer you a one-year contract with the intention of converting it to a permanent position after one year. You will also have access to a leased car so that you can travel flexibly and representatively.
