IQ SKILLS PROGRAM

The IQ Skills Program is a course organised by affiliated manufacturing companies from the Hardenberg area, in collaboration with Windesheim in Zwolle. During the programme, which lasts about six months, participants tackle current issues relating to automation in the manufacturing industry.

As a participant of the IQ Skills Program, you will develop your Personal and SMART Skills. You follow 4 master classes on the factory of the future (SMART Skills) and 3 modules for your PersonalSkills from Windesheim on professional communication, personal leadership and project leadership. Learning together on the shop floor is the most important part of this programme.

You will therefore work on practical cases in small groups. You can practice the theory directly on your employer's shop floor or at one of the participating regional employers.

Ronald Drenthen and Sander Klingenberg will participate in this programme on behalf of SCHURTER, actively working on current issues of other participating companies.
Participants who participate on behalf of other companies will also start collaborating on issues at play SCHURTER.
