IQ SKILLS PROGRAM at SCHURTER Electronics B.V.

The IQ Skills Program is a programme organised by IQ BLVD's member manufacturing companies in the Hardenberg area, in collaboration with Windesheim in Zwolle. During the programme, which lasts about six months, participants tackle current issues relating to automation in the manufacturing industry.

As a participant of the IQ Skills Program, you will develop your Personal and SMART Skills. You follow 4 master classes on the factory of the future (SMART Skills) and 3 modules for your Personal Skills from Windesheim on professional communication, personal leadership and project leadership.

On Monday the 12th of February, SCHURTER Electronics B.V. was the teaching location for the programme. In the morning, Windesheim provided the project leadership module through Covey's principles in the context of personal development. Of course, a guided tour was also provided and in the afternoon a Masterclass followed. This told all about process automation.
