Easter started early at SCHURTER this year!

A delicious Easter breakfast was followed by an inspiring workshop on generations in the workplace.

The workshop provided a unique opportunity for colleagues of different ages to come together and share insights on how generational differences affect workplace dynamics.


The workshop provided a great opportunity to understand how we can work together more effectively and support each other better, regardless of our generational differences.

Through interactive sessions and open discussions, misconceptions about generations were debunked and bridges were built between different age groups. The result was an enhanced sense of team cohesion and understanding.
