I work within SCHURTER as a HR Business Partner. I am happy to share my experiences with this great company! As a HR Business Partner, I bridge the gap between management and the shop floor, gauging sentiment, identifying information needs and monitoring norms and values. I am responsible for advising managers and facilitating HR processes in areas such as talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. 

I have grown a lot professionally within SCHURTER thanks to the freedom and support SCHURTER offers for both personal and professional development. I also appreciate the attention SCHURTER pays to its employees: there is an active staff association, a summer bbq and Christmas drinks every year, and an Employer Branding group that organizes connecting activities. A highlight at SCHURTER was organizing a “Generations in the Workplace” workshop, where we got together with all colleagues for an Easter breakfast and got to teach the workshop. The connection and success of this event gave me a lot of energy.
