My name is Leonie, 1.5 years ago I ended up at SCHURTER through the employment agency. The cooperation between me and SCHURTER went so well that I was allowed to work here.   

I work here as an Assembly Assistant and am also working internally to become a final checker. Tasks involved are laminating touchscreens, mounting touchscreens in a carrier, preparing the carriers and testing products. It is often the case that we start the preparations at the beginning of the week and further into the week the products are completed.   

Surely what makes my job so fun is the variety. No two products are the same, so there are always different activities depending on the orders we receive.  

SCHURTER distinguishes itself by applying the 5S principle. This system ensures a well-organized work environment, which contributes to the production of high-quality products. For me this was a new concept, but I notice that it has a good effect on the work processes.   

The working atmosphere at SCHURTER is cozy and informal. In the factory, we often sit in a group, which ensures that we can have a nice chat while working. It gives me satisfaction when we complete as many orders as possible as a team.   

In the short time that I have been working here, I have learned a lot and been able to develop myself. I am looking forward to future opportunities and my further development within SCHURTER.
